INSTRUCTIONS

If you choose our service, we’ll guide you through five simple steps to ensure a safe journey for you and your pet.

  • Confirm your destination and travel dates

    Because each country has different regulations, we recommend starting preparations at least 4–5 months in advance to ensure a smooth process.

  • Choose your services

    We will assist with arranging veterinary care, laboratory testing, report reviews, selecting a suitable travel crate, and applying for the required export quarantine certificate.

  • Secure your booking

    Once your deposit is received, we’ll begin planning your detailed itinerary.

  • Travel execution

    We will book your pet’s flight and manage all export/import customs clearance and quarantine procedures.

  • Completion

    After all procedures are finalized, we will collect the remaining balance and celebrate your pet’s safe arrival.
